This notice explains how Desert Horizon handles information submitted through its cargo charter request form.
The form collects company and contact details, route, preferred dates, cargo description, shipment measurements and any documents or photographs you choose to attach. Please exclude passports, payment details and unrelated personal documents.
We use this information to assess your requirements, contact you and prepare or coordinate a charter quotation. Relevant shipment details may be provided to operators or service providers when needed to assess or arrange the requested service. Submitting a form does not confirm a booking.
Your enquiry and attachments are saved on our website server and transferred to a private charter-management system used by our authorised charter team. We use hosting and system service providers to support this processing, which may take place outside the UAE. Access to enquiries and attachments is restricted to authorised charter staff and system administrators. Your enquiry is recorded under Desert Horizon and commercial notifications are directed to charter@dhfreight.ae.
